The project aims to solve the urban problems, including stalled public transportation, suspensive logistics and difficulties in boarding positive patients' pets during a severe epidemic in Shanghai. A combination of big data and app design gives dogs and their owners the possibility to maintain everyday life in the city under an epidemic. Firstly, the points of interest (POl) of existing pet infrastructure and the points of pet owners who sent requests for help on the internet at that time were crawled to be calculated to the shortest route through GIS. Then, the points of the community dog club were simulated with the big data of request points, which concentrated on the function of supply transportation and dog boarding. Finally, a map app based on big data was designed for dog owners to help each other, and also for the community council to make the decision of club site selection and management.
